The automated connection between information systems of the supplier and the Equadis application enables matching of ERP data of the supplier with the information systems of his customers, through Equadis.

Equadis proposes a dependable and controlled method that consists of 4 major steps for setting up an automatic supply of product and tariff data:

The data is included into the Equadis database through an interface dedicated to every supplier. It can be sent in different formats (CSV or XML, etc.).

The integration batch of files has the following characteristics

  • Strength, carrying out a set of inspections and alerts on integrated data
  • Flexibility, enabling to respond to supplier constraints and requirements.

A team comprising functional and data processing consultants assist the suppliers throughout the project, until their data is integrated into the systems of their customers.
