Equadis has developed solutions that allow users to work in disconnected mode and no longer be subjected to constraints of being connected to the Internet. With these solutions (Excel based) available from the Equadis application, the users work locally. Excel is a tool known/used by all, which enables a quick understanding of the use of these files by being familiar with Excel.

Equadis’ customers can download, as per their choice, 2 Excel-based applications
One for the input and update of product information and
one for the input and update of tariff information.

The information is checked and structured ensuring perfect integration of data into the Equadis database.

In this way, users can complete their data at any time, depending on their schedule and work loads. They can connect to Equadis and synchronise their files with the Equadis database when they wish. The data then becomes accessible to users who have rights and can be distributed immediately.
